Business Fives Terms and Conditions

Business Fives is a reputable event organizer that conducts various corporate sports tournaments across the UK & Ireland. To ensure a smooth and seamless event, it is vital to familiarize yourself with the Business Fives Terms when making a booking. These terms and conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities of both parties involved in the event.

When booking an event with Business Fives, it is important to note that returned forms serve as an agreement to the Business Fives Terms. The company requires a completed and signed booking form as proof of booking to ensure that they have all the necessary information to allocate teams and resources accordingly.

Email correspondence will not be accepted as confirmation of a booking, and a booking can only be guaranteed on receipt of a completed and signed booking form. This helps prevent any confusion or misunderstandings between the company and its clients.

To secure a booking, full payment is required prior to the event. In the event that payment is not made, Business Fives has the right to cancel the contract without penalty. This requirement ensures that the company can cover its costs and plan the event effectively.

Clients should be aware that cancellation fees will apply if they cancel a booking. These fees vary depending on when the cancellation is made. If the cancellation is made three months before the event, a fee of 25% of the entry fee will be charged. A cancellation made two months before the event will incur a fee of 50% of the entry fee, and a cancellation made one month before the event will result in a fee of 100% of the entry fee. This is to cover the costs incurred by Business Fives as a result of cancellations.

In the event that Business Fives has to cancel an event, any fees that have already been paid will be refunded. However, if an event has to be postponed, clients will be offered the opportunity to switch to an alternative event. It is important to note that Business Fives will not refund any other costs incurred by clients as a result of a postponement or cancellation. Additionally, the entry fee only covers the qualifying event, and additional fees may be payable for teams that successfully qualify.

In summary, it is important to familiarize yourself with the Business Fives Terms when booking an event. These terms and conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities of both parties involved in the event, ensuring that it runs smoothly and that all participants are treated fairly.
